Limited 6-Month Warranty

Heirloom Living Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only, that all Heirloom Living Inc. consumable products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of six months from date of purchase. Defective items will be replaced with a similar product or one of equivalent value, if the original item is no longer available.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by commercial use
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse
• Damage from overheating

Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.

This specific warranty for your product is the only express warranty provided for our products. The warranty begins on the date of original purchase.

Seller's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the refund or replacement of product, without charge, which is defective in material or workmanship and which has not been misused, abused, or carelessly handled.
